With Tracy Love as our speaker, we knew our Gospel Meeting would be great. He certainly did not disappoint. Sunday was an excellent day at the Waynesboro church of Christ, with 196 people in attendance. It is incredibly encouraging to see the numbers pushing the 200 mark at Waynesboro. I remember when we had meetings and only about 150 people attended. This congregation has certainly grown over the last year.

Tracy’s lessons were excellent. Tracy has an amazing ability to impart God’s Word in a way that is relevant and applicable. His lessons connected to the heart as well as the mind. It was a special treat to hear about the work that is taking place in Honduras. We are proud to support this work and the men and women who labor in this field for the Lord. Tracy is a major supporter and leader for the churches in this area for this project. It is a beautiful reminder of the power of the Gospel, the need for a servant heart, and the hunger for God’s Word in this world. Everyone in the congregation would be blessed to go on a mission trip and be engaged in the work of the Lord.

This congregation should be proud of all the work that it does. The congregation is growing, developing, and serving the Lord. A big thank you goes to Tracy for the much needed encouragement and loving sermons. A big thank you goes to all the men and women who prepared food for the fellowship meals, to the elders for being shepherds to the flock by providing these opportunities, and a big thank you goes to YOU! Most or all, we thank God for a successful Gospel Meeting.
